Brian is an amazing real estate agent to work with! I actually met Brian in the neighborhood before I decided to sell. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. At that time I was thinking about renting my condo and he mentioned that he’s a real estate agent and can help me with the steps to have a rental. However, I decided not to rent it out, but whenever I had a question about my condo I would call Brian. He always responded right away and was able to help me. His knowledge about the market and area I lived in was impeccable. After a few months I decided to sell my condo and knew exactly who to call! Throughout the whole process of deciding the price, getting the property listed, escrow, and closing, I was very impressed with Brian’s detailed work. He was always in constant communication with any updates. He even went above and beyond to help certain things get done in order to make the selling process run as smoothly as possible. Because of all this we were able to achieve the highest-priced 1-bedroom condo sale ever in my complex! So I would highly recommend using Brian! As others have mentioned in their reviews, 5 stars is not enough. He deserves 10!!

This was our first time selling a property and Brian exceeded our expectations in every way. He is extremely knowledgeable in the area where our condo was located and even knew stuff about our neighborhood that we didn’t know! He walked us through and explained each step of the selling process and was instrumental in preparing our home for sale with suggested renovations and staging. While our condo was on the market Brian routinely checked on our place that gave us piece-of-mind given we had moved an hour away. During escrow an issue arose and Brian quickly took action to help resolve and keep everything moving forward; this relieved a lot of stress for us! Lastly, Brian achieved the highest sale for our floorplan in our complex, which was a great accomplishment! Brian was a real pleasure to work with and enthusiastically recommend him.

After interviewing 5 other agents I am glad I chose Brian. He is very experienced, has deep insight into my neighborhood real estate market, and is a consummate professional who is always available day and night. There was literally no task too small or big that Brian could not handle. For example, on a Saturday morning he dropped what he was doing and drove to my home to help me dismantle my dining room table. Amazing! Aside from stellar service, what impressed me most was how quickly and seamlessly he sold my property. On May 5th he listed it for sale and by June 2nd it was sold!
