He lead us through the entire selling process, from helping us decide on upgrades, to helping us obtain the best market price for our condo, to helping us select quality contractors to get the jobs done in a timely manner. He went out of his way many times, including accompanying us on several trips to Home Depot to help us select improvements to the property. His communication skills are outstanding. He had to be in the middle of my sister’s wishes and my own wishes (it was our aging mother’s property) and he was able to consult (sometimes negotiate) between us to help resolve many complicated selling issues. Brian was always very timely in responding to our emails and phone messages. However, very few messages were required; he almost consistently answered his phone whenever we called!
